Subchorionic Hemmorhage

I also had subchorionic hemorrhage during my 12th week. My doctor prescribed Isoxilan and Duphaston for 2 weeks. Di naman daw kailangan ng bed rest since 0.30cc lang yung hemorrhage and no external bleeding. Pero I was told to refrain from any strenuous activity. Bawal mapagod and iwasan din yung excessive straining when pooping. I was worried din kasi yung office namin sa 3rd floor pa and I had to climb the stairs daily. Thank God, after 2 weeks, kusang nawala based sa tvs. Basta sundin mo lang instruction ng doctor in taking your meds religiously and avoiding stressful and strenuous activities. if pinagbebedrest ka po, strictly follow na lang din. Now on my 32nd week and baby is normal and healthy. We will be okay by God's grace, sis. :)
