FTM (Cough and Cold Remedy)
Hi mga mommys, FTM and 14 weeks pregnant po here. Any tips po how to cure cough and cold? Di naman po ako nahihirapan huminga kaso natatakot ako tuwing umuubo. Sobrang kati ng lalamunan ko bawal naman uminom ng gamot. 🥹
You can consult a Pulmo or ask your OB especially if the cough is almost 3 days na. There are antibiotics that are safe for pregnancy. Just make sure you get a prescription para safe kayo ni Baby. 🩷
Pinag cetirizine ako mi ng ob ko pero 7 days lang daw dapat. Meron dn ako throat and nose spray prescribed ng ENT ko na safe sa pregnancy.
ako mii pinag fluimucil ng OB ko and Vit C with Zinc nung nagka ubo ako and sipon. 6 weeks ako nun.
Cefuroxime 500mg 2x a day for 7 days mie. Or lagi ka mag gargle ng luke warm water with salt.
Consult na po agad sa OB.
