Csection first time

Ay first time C-section ko rin dati, kaya gets ko ang worry! Usually ang doctors say na okay na basahin after 1-2 weeks depending sa healing, pero better ask your OB directly kasi bawat tahi ay iba ang timeline and healing process. A few of us moms sa circle namin, some waited longer just to be safe, lalo na if may slight redness or discharge pa. Make sure clean and dry agad after, at avoid submerging in bath or pool muna just in case. Congrats sa baby mo, recovery is tough but you got this mama!
