Ay, honestly pareho lang sila sa pain recovery-wise, anak, ang bikini cut (horizontal) ay mas preferred ng marami dahil mas mabilis kumuha ng damit at mas hidden ang scar, pero the pain and healing time talaga ay pareho lang! A few of us tried both sa circle namin, at the soreness, the heaviness, yung struggle sa first few weeks, same experience talaga whether bikini or vertical cut. Best thing is to chat with your OB about which one they recommend para sa inyo, kasi may factors rin sila tinitingnan based sa positioning ng baby and your anatomy, pero pain-wise, focus na lang sa recovery plan after, that's what really matters!
