From what a few of us tried, the basics really do help: drink tons of water (like, embarrassing amounts), eat enough calories, and frequent feeding/pumping kasi the more you express, the more your body makes. May mga moms din sa group namin na swear by malunggay, oatmeal, and salmon, hindi lahat ng supplements work the same sa lahat, kaya kailangan mo talaga i-try and observe. But honestly, best move is to chat with your OB or a lactation consultant about your supply kasi they can check kung may underlying issue, like latch problems or hormonal stuff, na pwedeng i-address, sometimes the boosters don't work kung may ganitong nangyayari. You're doing great by mixing in formula while you figure this out, no guilt okay?
