Philhealth question

Question

Hi mga mommy. First time mom po ako, EDD is December 13. Ang question ko po is about sa philhealth forms especially CSF and CF1. Dependent po kasi ako ni hubby. Bale ako po maglalakad ng forms nya dahil nasa barko na po si hubby. Nung 10/25 lang po sya nakasampa. Hindi pa po updated MDR nya kasi may supposed to be last hulog pa po yung previous agency nya para sa October contributions. Sino po ba ang dapat padalhan ko ng forms para mapirmahan? Yung dating agency nya or yung bago na po nyang company? Nag email po ako sa philhealth pero wala pa po reply. Nagbaka sakali lang ako na baka merong may idea yung iba dito. Ay sis, PhilHealth forms talaga ang hassle lalo na pag maraming agencies involved! Based sa situation mo, I think you need to submit to the current/new company since that's where your hubby is officially employed now, pero you might also need a certification from the previous agency showing na updated na sila sa final contributions para wala conflict sa MDR, a few of us had similar setup and ang HR ng bagong company usually knows the process na. Since hubby is at sea, pwede mo ring i-coordinate directly with PhilHealth mismo (punta ka sa office or call their hotline) para clarify kung kailangan nyo ng both agencies' signatures or just the current one, kasi ang email reply ay talaga sometimes slow talaga.
