No movements - 16 weeks

Hello mga mommy, ask ko lang sana if may same ako ng case here. Bali in the past few days kasi nafefeel ko na naninigas yung tummy ko lalo sa umaga then pag hinahawakan ko yung tummy ko. Kaso nitong mga nakaraang araw parang di na sya nag gaganun. Is it normal?
