First IE please pa answer po medyo worried na po ako.

Hay, congrats on reaching 37 weeks na, mama! So after an IE (internal exam), it's totally normal to have a little spotting or light bleeding for a few days, a few of us had that din and our OB said it's because of the cervical irritation from the exam, walang problema. But if it's heavy bleeding like your period or mas marami pa, or kung may cramping na sobrang sakit, better to call your doctor agad lang para ma-check properly, kasi sometimes it can mean something else na dapat tingnan. Don't stress too much, marami sa amin na-experience yan, pero importante talaga marinig ang OB mo about your specific situation para sure ka. You're almost there, mama!
