Ate, please don't worry about the certificate, go to your OB na talaga, kahit walang barangay document pa! 22 weeks ka na, kailangan mo ng check-up para ma-monitor ang baby mo at ma-ease ang mind mo. Most OBs understand na maraming bumabagal ang processing, so hindi ka hahanapin for anything.
