Milk for 3 years old

Hi mga mommies! Ano po ang recommended nyo for 3 years old na milk? Pwedeng milk, milk with chocolate or chocolate drink. Nestogen po kasi yung gamit namin mula baby and planning to switch to affordable ones na po ngayon. I will really appreciate all the recommendations po.
