Ay alam ko yan ang stress, 40 weeks is a long wait talaga! Honestly, at this point kailangan mo na talaga makipag-usap sa OB mo about what's happening with your cervix, like, may reason ba why it's not opening pa, or need for induction na talaga, kasi alam namin lahat na ang walking and squats lang hindi always enough if baby or body mo ready lang sa sariling timeline niya. A few of us mums went through similar worry and ang nangyari, either nag-induce sila or nag-CS na, but what matters is safe delivery para sa baby at sa iyo, hindi kung vaginal o cesarean yan, I promise both are valid! Hang in there, and please talk to your doctor about next steps kasi they'll know best kung anong safe na options meron ka.
