Honestly, low lying placenta is pretty common in early pregnancy and marami sa amin nag-improve lang by third trimester, one of my mum friends had low lying at 20 weeks pero nag-migrate na by 32 weeks, and she had a girl pa! But this really depends on your specific case kaya mas better na i-monitor mo regularly with your OB para sure, especially kung persistent pa rin siya ngayon.
