Aw, I feel you, eye discharge sa ganitong age is really worrying! A few of us din went through something similar, and nakita ko na yung pedia usually prescribes antibiotic drops or ointment for bacterial infection, pero sometimes it's just an underdeveloped tear duct na need time to fully open up pa lang. One thing that really helped is regular, gentle cleaning with clean cotton balls or gauze, sobrang importante na super clean ang hands mo, and some mums swear by a gentle massage sa area ng tear duct (yung maliit na area between eye and nose) para tulungan bumukas. A cold compress din (not hot!) can help soothe it if the area looks irritated. Since your pedia already checked, maybe follow through with the drops/ointment prescribed for a week or two, pero if it doesn't improve or gets worse, definitely go back for a follow-up, sometimes if it's a blocked duct, kailangan ng mas specific approach, or if bacterial, stronger antibiotics.
