From what I understand, most pills need at least 7 days of consistent taking before they're fully effective, kaya kung ika-6 pills lang ngayon yan, mas safe pa na mag-use ng backup protection like condoms para sure lang, especially since you started on day 4 ng period mo, better safe than sorry talaga. Best to confirm with your OB though since may different types ng pills at may specific instructions each one, para sigurado ka na protected ka na talaga at walang anxiety!
