Aww mama, I get that worry kasi parang ang laki ng guilt kapag alam mong may sakit ka na pwedeng ipasa sa baby, di ba? Honestly, a few of us tried ang usual, plenty of water, warm lemon with honey, rest, pero the safest move talaga is to check with your doc or pedia kung paano ma-manage mo ito without affecting baby, especially kung breastfeeding ka pa. In the meantime, practice good hygiene lang like frequent handwashing and wearing a mask around baby para ma-minimize ang transmission, and hopefully mas maaga mawala yan sa'yo!
