Hello mga mommies, pasteurized ba yung Nestle Fresh Milk? Yung kulay green? Or mas maganda kung yung Nestle Low Fat Milk ang inumin?

Nestle low fat is blue and non-fat is pink. Pero ako all kahit ung green iniinom ko po pag nagsasawa nako kakainom ng anmum. So far okay naman po ung weight ko and parang wala naman bad effect un kay baby. 😊

Unpasteurized milk ay yung raw milk po na fresh from cows, sheep, or goats. Fresh milk ay pasteurized na po, pero for preggies mas recommended po yung low fat :)
