Ay alam ko yan, ang hirap talaga maghanap ng Tummicare, parang treasure hunt talaga! A few of us tried switching to regular Similac, and honestly, most babies adjusted fine lang, pero some had slight tummy changes for like a week or two kaya patience lang. I'd suggest make the transition gradual if possible, mix the Tummicare with regular Similac para hindi sobrang shock sa tummy ng baby, pero since it's hard to find pa rin, maybe just do the switch na and observe mo kung okay lang ang digestion niya. If your baby gets really upset stomach or constipation lasts, it's best to check with your pedia para they can recommend another option na available sa stores!
