Grade 0 placenta at 22 weeks is actually normal and healthy, it just means your placenta is still in its early, mature stage, which is exactly what you want to see sa ganitong weeks of pregnancy. A few of us mommies have had the same thing, at wala namang problema, ang placenta lang talaga nag-progress based sa gestational age mo, so by your 31-week follow-up it might be grade 1 or 2 na, which is all part of the natural aging process. But definitely ask your OB about it sa next check-up para ma-assure ka fully, doctors always have the best explanation para sa peace of mind mo! You're doing great, mama, and it's good na nag-follow up ka pa.
