Mens delayed

Ay oo, normal lang yan mama, lalo na kung exclusive breastfeeding ka pa, marami sa amin ang ganyan, sometimes regular ulit, sometimes may delay pa ng ilang months kasi ang breastfeeding mismo ay nakakaaffect ng hormones, so hindi ka nag-iisa! But since nag-regla ka na ulit, baka just hormone fluctuations pa lang, especially if recently lang nag-start ulit ang period mo post-baby, a few of us moms noticed our cycles took a while talaga to settle back to normal after birth, sometimes up to a year pa. If kaka-worried ka talaga or kung persistent ang irregularities, mas good talaga to check with your OB just to be sure, pero from experience, this is pretty common with breastfeeding moms talaga.
