What are your thoughts about Lying-in vs. Public hospital?

Hello mga mommies, I'm a first time mom baka pwede pong makahingi ng insights sa inyo based on your experience kung saan mas better manganak? Lying-in or public hospital? Ano yung pros and cons, ano yung mga accomodations and environment and how much yung nagastos nyo? So far, nakikita ko pa lang is yung sa public hospitals na may mga ka-share sa bed pero maliit yung hospital bill. What are your thoughts po?
