White discharge at uterine tightening ay normal sometimes, pero combined with the body aches and pain, kailangan talaga ng medical check para ma-rule out kung normal lang or may kailangan ng attention. One of my mum friends had similar signs at nag-panic kami, pero the doctor said it was just Braxton-Hicks and some inflammation, so she was reassured agad.
