Red bumps sa mga binti

Hi mga mommies, im on my 35th week of my pregnancy and i have these red bumps since 3rd trimester. Masakit pag red sya then eventually umiitim sya. Ano po kaya ito? Nag stop ako ng sorbifer at calcium kasi baka dahil dun un, nakaranas naba kayo nito? Thank you in advance
