Honestly, it varies kasi depende sa LGU mo and kung complete ang documents mo, pero from what a few of my mum friends experienced this year, it took them anywhere from 2-4 weeks basta lahat ng requirements nandoon na talaga. Best thing is to ask directly sa DSWD office mo kung gaano katagal kasi nag-vary talaga based sa processing schedule nila, but usually faster kung complete agad lahat ng papers mo from the start!
