Not really. Better if you eat/drink soup with malunggay and halaan. You can also take supplements made of malunggay to increase milk production.
I'm told to drink milo more than milk. Malt helps with the production daw. It's quite true on my part.
Green leafy veggies will help you more compared to any milk. Also, sea shell soups will also help.
Not necessarily milk but keeping yourself hydrated will help. Malunggay capsules and soup also helps.
