From what I know, ang A+ NuraPro is formulated for babies from birth onwards, while the AII NuraPro is more for toddlers na (usually 1 year and up), kaya mas advanced ang nutrients niya for that stage. Since your baby is currently on A+, I'd stick with that para consistent lang ang formula at hindi mag-upset ang stomach niya, unless recommended ng pedia mo to switch. A few of us moms sa circle namin nag-switch before at minsan may adjustment period talaga, so better to ask your doctor first para sure kung kailan okay mag-transition!
