Hi mga mommies, I am currently 38 weeks and 3 days now at 3cm pa ako.. Any tips para mas magprogress pa ang cervix ko? Like mga iinumin o dapat gawin.. #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

dalawang primrose every night, ipapasok po sa vagina. walking, squats 3 times a day (12 per set, 3 sets) and sex 😊 good luck po!
