Allergic Rhinitis

Hello mga mommies! I am 34 weeks pregnant and sobrang lala ng sipon at sneezing ko palagi. Kapag pinawisan, sipon. Kapag nilamig sipon, kapag may dust sipon, jusko po halos araw araw na ata akong may sipon simula nung nabuntis ako 😭

Ask your OB. I was advised at first na okay yung Benadryl but pharmacy's doesn't want to sell me one if I don't have prescription. I took Claritin which is OK daw for pregnant woman, 10mg lang kasi but doesn't really help my allreghic rhinitis. Just ask your OB. It's really frustrating lalo na hirap huminga.
