So from what I know, you should still be able to file for maternity notification kahit bagong employee ka, ang importante lang talaga is na enrolled ka na sa SSS and na-notify mo ang current employer mo within the required period bago ka magpa-leave, kaya best to check with your HR agad para sure sa exact timeline at requirements ng company mo. As for your previous job, honestly a few of us moms had the same worry, if you weren't pregnant pa non, I don't think you need to file anything retroactively, but maybe ask your previous company's HR din just to be safe and clear your records, at least peace of mind na covered ka lahat. Either way, mas important na makuha mo yung maternity benefits sa current job mo, so prioritize that application ASAP!
