Cold & Flu

Aww mama, ikaw lang talaga hindi! A few of us got colds during pregnancy din, especially in first trimester kaya don't worry, super common talaga kahit na preggy ka pa lang. Best thing is to rest, drink lots of water, and try to stay warm; but since you're in early pregnancy and feeling under the weather, better check in with your OB para sure lang na lahat okay with baby and na okay lang ang medicine if kailangan mo.
