Hello mga mommies, ask ko lang po ano pwede mangyari if mababa po ang dugo, 8mos pregnant here and low blood po talaga ako ever since, kahit ano pong inom ko ng vitamins or kain ng pagkain na pampadagdag ng dugo, waepek huhuuu any advice po or suggestions? first time mom here at 22, thank you po agad sa sasagot 😇 #lowbloodpressure #teamjanuary2023 #firsttimemom

Hay, mama, please see your doctor or go sa OB mo right away para ma-check properly, low blood pressure in pregnancy needs professional monitoring, hindi ito basta-basta! A few of us moms experienced something similar, and honestly, ang best advice was always from our doctors kasi iba-iba ang cases, especially when preggy ka na. Your OB can check what's really going on and make sure baby and you are safe. Please don't worry too much, maraming moms go through this, pero kailangan talaga ng proper medical guidance.
