I'd really suggest going to your pediatrician soon para ma-confirm at ma-prescribe ng proper management, kasi ang treatment is mostly supportive, paracetamol for fever, lots of fluids, soft foods lang, at keeping the sores clean. A few of us moms have gone through this, and honestly the best thing is just patience kasi it usually runs its course in 7-10 days, pero peace of mind from the doctor talaga ang kailangan natin when nangyari ito sa kids.
