Hi Tia! From what I know, most hospitals sa Cavite do offer epidural, pero best talaga na tawagan mo directly ang mga big hospitals like Cavite Medical Center or Generalized Hospitals dun, they can tell you exactly kung available sya and kung magkano, kasi different rates per facility. A few of us tried epidural sa Metro Manila hospitals kaya di ko sure ng latest setup sa Cavite specifically, pero I'd really suggest asking your OB din kung saan sya nag-deliver or recommends para may peace of mind ka talaga!
