One of my friends nag-submit lang ng request letter mismo from her doctor saying extended travel might be risky sa kanya specifically dahil may complications, pero yan talaga naka-base sa condition niya, basta maging honest with your OB about what you're dealing with at let them decide if kailangan talaga ng certificate or kung may alternative solution.
