External Hemorrhoids

Hi mga mommies. Anyone here na naka-experience po magkaroon ng external hemorrhoids during pregnancy? Yung to the point na hirap na umupo at mag-walk kc swollen sya. Guess this is due to constipation na common satin mga preggy. Ano po kayang pwedeng gawin or treatment? Already asked my ob but wala pa pong reply. Sa Sat pa kasi check -up ko. Thank You. ?
