1month and 11 days postpartum

Ay, alam ko yan na phase! At 1 month and 11 days, most likely lochia pa yan, hindi period, kasi usually ang lochia ay tumatagal ng 3 to 6 weeks after birth, so you're right in the thick of it. The color changes are the giveaway: if it started bright red and gradually became lighter pink or brownish, that's classic lochia. But one of my mum friends mentioned na she got her actual period at exactly 6 weeks postpartum kaya sobrang malinaw niya (haha, she knew right away!), so it can vary. That said, if the bleeding suddenly restarted after a few quiet days or looks really bright red again, that's worth mentioning to your OB, a few moms experienced that at around 7 weeks and just wanted to make sure everything was healing okay. Better safe than sorry talaga, lalo na if you're breastfeeding or if anything feels off!
