Am i pregnant?

Hello mga mommie! I'm a liitle bit confused. I was diagnosed with mild pcos last November. Since me and my partner is trying to conceive niresetahan ako ng OB ko ng folic acid. So fast forward, ang LMP ko ay January 24 2025. Ang expected ko na next menstruation is February 27. Pero di ako nag kakaron. Until now. I used PT on February 28 and March 1. Pero both 2 lines pero faint ang isa. Nag woworry ako kasi i have a pcos nga. Baka due to pcos kaya sya nag false positive. Please enlighten me mga mommies. Naka schedule nako ng check up this coming march 8.

if ever pla mi same month tayo Jan 24 first day of LMP ko Hindi n ako dinatnan Ng Feb 23 dapat after 3 days bumili Ako Ng pt 2 try ko agad pagdating ko Ng Bahay 2 lines medyo Malabo Yung 2nd line ko inulit ko kinaumagahan medyo clear n Yung 2nd line. may fren din Akong may PCOS pero nagkababy pa din cya 8 years old na Yung panganay n last year she gave birth December baby.
