Hi mamshie😊 sa mga patient namin kahit may fever napayag po kami na mag pa breastfeed madalas po kasi kaya din nag kaka fever kasi hindi na ilalabas ung milk. It's important to keep breastfeeding  and move that milk in and out of the ducts. Even though it might be painful, it won't harm your baby.😊Your baby won't catch the illness through your breast milk – in fact, it will contain antibodies to reduce her risk of getting the same bug. 🙂
