Nak, this is really a question for your baby's doctor or pediatrician, especially if you're concerned about Hirschsprung or any bowel condition, kailangan ng proper evaluation talaga. Please don't wait on this one, okay? I get it though, it's scary not knowing what's normal and what's not with baby's poop patterns. Honestly, every baby is different, and even if baby passed meconium early, there could still be other things going on that only a doctor can check properly through imaging or tests. What I'd do is keep a close eye on baby's feeding, tummy, and bowel movements, then bring those observations to the pediatrician so they can assess right away. Better safe than sorry, di ba?
