Philhealth ZERO bill

I'm not sure about sa zero bill but to answer your last question, pwede po gamitin philhealth nyo kung huhulugan nyo ulit at ia-active, otherwise ay hindi rin po kayo magiging eligible for the benefits (check with philhealth ilan/ anong months kailangan nyo bayaran). Kung yung sa hubby nyo po, hindi nyo po magagamit unless iclose nyo yung philhealth membership nyo at maideclare kayo as dependent ni hubby. Hindi po kasi pwede maging dependent ang isang member.
