nanganak ako dec 28, bumalik period po august na saka ako nag pills,

nung sa panganay ko 1 year bago ako nagkaron . depende po siguro

Pure breastfeeding 1 year and 3 months bago bumalik mens ko

last dec ako nanganak until now wala pa breastfeed kasi ako.

if EBF, matagal. more than a year before I had my period.

After 3 months po sakin bumalik na haha
