Transvaginal Ultrasound

Hi sis, transvaginal ultrasound is when the ultrasound probe goes inside the vagina instead of on top ng belly, it gives a clearer picture especially sa early pregnancy or kung may concerns sa reproductive organs kaya mas detailed ang makikita ng doctor. It's a bit uncomfortable but super quick lang, and totally safe para sa baby, so don't worry! If you're scheduled for one, just wear easy-to-remove pants, go with a full bladder if the doctor says so, at stay relaxed lang (easier said than done, I know hehe). One of my mum friends said mas nakatulong siya ito kaysa sa regular ultrasound to confirm everything was okay with hers, so it's really a good thing even if nakakabother ang procedure.
