July 21 Due Date

Ay alam ko yan, mama, ang antayan talaga ng due date ay mahabang araw! Honestly, best thing is to check with your OB agad para malaman kung ano na talaga ang signs, sometimes cramping is just Braxton Hicks pa lang, kaya importante ma-rule out ang other concerns. A few of us moms swear by light walking, pelvic exercises, at staying hydrated to help, pero honestly the baby will come when ready na talaga siya, I learned that the hard way haha!
