Aw, I totally get the worry! So at 3 weeks, iya talaga yan, the constant feeding and crying is super normal growth spurt behavior, and hindi ka nag-overfeed; babies are actually really good at knowing kung gaano kalaki ang kailangan nila. My friend brought her baby to her pediatrician during this phase and was told na during cluster feeding (yan yung parang non-stop milk sessions), it's okay to feed on demand, baby will space it out naturally once the spurt passes. The irritability and clingy nights you're describing? Classic growth spurt signs, and it usually settles in a few days to a week. Palang tip lang na natutunan namin: try infant massage or skin-to-skin time (ang husband mo might be onto something, sometimes yung comfort lang ng different person helps!), and don't stress too much if feeding becomes your go-to soother right now; it's totally appropriate for this age. Pero definitely check in with your doctor or pediatrician if the crying feels off or if you're worried about anything, they can give you peace of mind at baka may other things to tweak! Kaya mo yan, mama!
