Hi, mga Mii ask ko lang need pa ba ng ultrasound at laboratory kapag kukuha ng fit to travel uuwi kasi ako ng probinsya 5months preggy here.
Ay, for fit to travel at 5 months preggy, usually kelangan mo ng medical clearance from your OB-GYN, pero depende sa hospital or clinic kung ano exactly ang required nila, some ask for ultrasound and labs, iba naman okay lang with just the doctor's assessment and signature. Best talaga to call ahead sa clinic mo or sa place where you'll get the clearance para malaman mo exactly what they need, para hindi ka na bumalik-balik, hassle talaga lalo na kapag pregnant ka na! One of my mum friends had to bring her recent ultrasound kasi ayaw ng provincial health center niya without it, pero sa ibang lugar okay lang talaga yung letter from OB lang.
