40 weeks preggy
Mga mii , 2 nights na akong walang tulog , as in kung meron , idlip lang talaga . 2 araw na kase sobrang sakit yung puson at balakang ko , mayat maya pero di naman tumatagal ng 3 mins yung sakit , galing ako kanina sa ob pa ma IE , 1cm parin 😭possible na naglelabor na kaya ako ?
Uy, kaya mo yan! Honest lang, kung 1cm pa lang after 40 weeks and the contractions are still under 3 minutes, it sounds like you might be in early labor or what some call "false labor" (Braxton Hicks na mas malakas), pero 2 days of this + walang tulog is exhausting talaga. A few of my mum friends mentioned na ang galing nila is they tracked kung gaano kalayo ang spacing ng contractions, if it's getting closer and longer and mas masakit each time, that's usually a sign labor is picking up; if it stays scattered and short, it's still too early pa. Since you're a first-timer and already dilated 1cm, definitely worth texting or calling your OB ulit, especially dahil sleep-deprived ka na, they might want to monitor you or induce soon depending on kung ano ang best move. Hopefully labor picks up soon and you get your baby! Keep us posted, sis.
