If you're seeing bloody show or pinkish discharge, that's usually a stronger sign na malapit na, but honestly best na i-check agad with your OB para ma-confirm if that's really it and kung kelan talaga expected delivery, especially since 1cm pa lang dilation mo so might be days pa.
