Hay mama, ang diarrhea na yan especially combined with the lower abdominal pain and back pain could be a sign na approaching na labor, pero it can also be from other things like the UTI na nakita sa urine test mo, honestly kailangan mo talaga i-follow up yan with your OB properly, hindi lang water lang, para ma-rule out kung may infection pa or kung labor-related na talaga. A few of us went through similar situations and ang iba nag-labor within days, pero yung iba naman it was just the body preparing or infection, so kailangan ng proper check up para sure! Mag-call ka na sa doctor mo for a full assessment, baka kailangan antibiotics if may infection, and they'll also check if baby's ready na or kung may other signs of labor.
