Hi hon, I'm not sure exactly which labs are there sa Imus ngayon kasi medyo nag-shift na ang mga clinics, but usually ang Philhealth accredited hospitals and diagnostic centers doon may blood services, try asking your barangay health center muna, they can usually point you to the nearest one, or if you have a trusted doctor, they'll know the prices din! One of my mum friends usually goes sa major hospitals kasi guaranteed ang results, tapos covered na ng insurance niya, depende lang talaga if may HMO or insurance ka ba?
