Shape ng head ni baby

Totoo yan, maraming babies ang may slightly flat or elongated head shape especially after labor, pero usually it rounds out on its own within weeks to months as they grow! Pero since concerned ka talaga, best talaga mag-check with your pedia para ma-assess properly kung normal lang positioning or if may underlying concern na kailangan i-monitor. Meantime, a few of us sa mom group namin, we just made sure to alternate which side baby sleeps on, at we give tummy time when they're awake para hindi laging flat sa isang side lang, walang harm, and maraming benefits pa yan for development! Some moms also swear by proper pillow support or even just changing baby's position frequently throughout the day, pero hindi siya guaranteed na magbabago ng shape ng head. Don't stress too much though, kasi talaga naman, most babies' heads naturally adjust pa habang lumalaki sila, especially before the fontanelle closes!
