Uy, congrats sa 3 months! Nosebleeds during pregnancy are actually pretty common dahil sa hormonal changes at increased blood flow, pero kailangan mo talaga i-check with your OB para sigurado lalo na kung paulit-ulit na 'yun or if may ibang symptoms, better safe than sorry, especially ngayon ka buntis pa lang. A few of us moms experienced it din during pregnancy, pero lagi naming sinabi sa doctor agad para ma-rule out if may ibang cause. In the meantime, try not to blow your nose too hard or pick at it, okay? Praying it's nothing serious, mommy!
